INTRODUCTION

This is a RBW active matrix thin film transistor(TFT) liquid crystal display (LCD) that uses amorphous silicon TFT as a switching device. It is a reflective type display operating in the total reflection. This TFT LCD has a 4.2 inch diagonally measured active display area with 300 RW horizontal by 400 vertical pixel resolution.
